Still using the traditional method our bagels are shaped by hand, boiled in hot water, seasoned to taste and baked in a hot oven. Toppings include poppy seeds, sesame seed, everything (mixed seeds), garlic, onion and plain. Sweet bagels are made to order and are blueberry, raisin and cinnamon.
Every last Sunday * (from September to May) of the month in Borgo la Croce 15r we serve ours typical American breakfast with sweet or savory pancakes , french toast, eggs and much more, all accompanied with classic American coffee or tea and a choice either of yogurt with fresh seasonal fruit or fresh fruit salad or fruit juice.
