ATTENTION: PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CONTINGENT SITUATION, DELIVERIES MAY BE DELAYED.
Couriers do not make deliveries by appointment or prior phone call. Therefore, it is advisable to specify a delivery location where someone is present during all business hours. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our local courier office. The indicated delivery times (48/72 hours) are not binding, and under no circumstances, once shipped, will any delays due to circumstances beyond our control constitute grounds for cancellation or a request for a refund of shipping costs from the courier or our company.
Orders are usually processed within the next business day after purchase. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday.
In the event of theft/loss, Sugar & Spice Bakery undertakes to send a new product and, if the same is unavailable and/or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer having the right to refuse the new product and request a refund for the product itself.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered working days.
Deliveries will take place during the courier's office hours: 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and the address of the courier's website where you can check the status of your shipment.
