All our desserts are handmade, every day, with always fresh ingredients that we carefully choose, without the addition of dyes and preservatives.

Carrot Cake


Cake made with fresh carrots and cinnamon, filled with a delicate white cream and covered with a glaze. It can also be prepared without filling. 

Apple Pie

Tart with fresh apples and cinnamon, covered with a thin sheet of brisee pastry. Delicious served hot, also accompanied by a scoop of cream ice cream. In May we also prepare Cherry Pie, a delicious cherry tart.

Pumpkin cake


Delicious pumpkin pie, prepared with spices, nuts and filled with a white cream and covered with a frosting that melts in your mouth!


This tart is made up of a brisee pastry base, filled with fresh fruit and covered with a crunchy topping. Here it is prepared with pear and chocolate, apple and blueberries, peaches and blueberries.



Tasty crunchy biscuits on the edges and soft in the centre, enriched with chocolate drops.

cinnamon rolls

The "cinnamon roll" or "sticky bun", was passed down by English and German immigrants in eighteenth century Philadelphia. They are made with a yeast dough, enriched with raisins, lots of cinnamon and covered with frosting. Available only the Saturday!


A typical dessert from the USA Prepared with fresh cheese and flavored with lemon, naturally baked in the oven. It can be served with various toppings: orange, strawberry, wild berries, raspberries, blueberries and peaches. The choice is yours, beware of imitations! Original New York Cheesecake! 



Soft and chocolaty, filled and glazed with a dark chocolate cream, a must for true chocolate lovers.

Red velvet

Red velvet, typical dessert of the south with a pinch of chocolate and cinnamon inside which make the dessert red. Stuffed with cream cheese and covered with butter cream. 



Tiles made using dutch cocoa and chocolate chips. You can find them in various flavours: simple, with walnuts, marbled with cheese or with peanut butter. 


Delicate sweets similar to muffins, but much softer and decorated with various frostings according to taste.


Pumpkin pie

Typical American tart with exclusively fresh pumpkin. It is prepared only for Thanksgiving Day to order


We prepare them with the traditional method, by hand one by one, using first choice ingredients and respecting the nature of leavening. They are boiled in hot water and cooked in our oven.   You can find variant types of bagels: simple, white or black sesame, poppy seeds, chives, onion or mixed seeds.


Every last Sunday* (from September to May, ) of each month, in Borgo la Croce 15r we prepare the typical American breakfast with the famous pancakes, french toast, eggs and much more, all accompanied with classic american coffee or tea e plus you have the choice of yogurt  with fresh seasonal fruit/fresh fruit salad or fruit juice.
