Apple Pie

Apple pie with cinnamon, covered with a crisp flaky crust. Serve it à la mode warm with a scoop of ice - cream or cream.
Cherry pie in May.


To obtain a velvety smooth texture we use only resh cream cheese, no substitutes. In fact it's one of our biggest sellers. In our shops you'll find the following toppings: blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, mixed wild berry, orange and peach.

Carrot Cake

carrotOur moist carrot cake is made with fresh carrots and flavored with cinnamon, filled with cream cheese filling and sugar glazed. With or without filling your guests will love it!


fudgecakeOur rich decadent fudgecake has a creamy fudge filling and frosting. We also make a white version with a whipped cream filling thats' stunning when cut into slices.

Pumpkin Cake

dolce-zuccaThis wonderful recipe is light and spicy: the freshly pureed pumpkin gives this American classic a truly rich, genuine taste. Serve it with whipped cream and a sprinkling of nutmeg.


crumbleThis English pie is usually made with fresh apples. Our versions are apple-blueberry, pear and chocolate, and peach and blueberry.


browniesMade with dark Dutch cocoa and chocolate chips we carry them in different flavors: plain, walnut, cheescake swirl or peanut - butter swirl.

Cinnamon Rolls

cinnamon-rollsThe cinnamon bun or "sticky bun" came to Philadelphia in the  18th century with English and German immigrants. They are made from a cinnamon and sugar flavored yeast dough, with raisins and topped with a sugar glaze.


cupcakesMuffins big sister cupcakes include flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, chocolate-oero, strawberry, carrot are decorated with either buttercream or cream cheese frosting and then sprinkled with colourful sprinkles or mini chocolate balls. For weddings fondant flowers are made to order.


Our most popular toppings are strawberry glaze, chocolate, vanilla and sugar-cinnamon.


MUFFINSMuffins are really individual cakes. We prepare them with blueberries, chocolate drops or apples.


fudgiesThese chocolate cake squares are moist and  melt in your mouth. We cover them with dark chocolate or coconut.


Our home-made recipes make moist and light pancakes that we serve with either maple syrup, blueberry topping or chocolate syrup-American breakfast is served on the last Sunday of the month. Check the dates on our event page and on Facebbook.


cookiesOur cookies come in two sizes  and are made using dark chocolate pieces. Heat them up at home and eat them as the chocolate melts.
