Traditionally the cakes were off-white in color but in recent years they have taken on light and pastel shades of color, coordinated to match the color theme of the wedding.

Our Genoise cakes are lighter than the typical yellow cake and filled with chantilly cream, pastry cream, or lemon curd and can be enhansed with raspberry or strawberry coulis.Another particular cake flavor is the carrot cake, filled and frosted with cream cheese.

Choose between a whipped cream, buttercream frosting or fondant. Last touches are given using fresh flowers or ribbons, matching the brides bouquet color.
